Monday 29th February – Leap day

Day

I had a hot day at home.

Night

I drove to Bronwen’s parents’ place for dinner, via Bronwen’s work to get Bronwen.

Tuesday 1st March – Deadpool

Day

I drove to work, and had $2.70 of chips for lunch.

Deadpool

I drove home, then drove to Southbank Cineplex where I met Bronwen and got stuck in the queue to the carpark, because the carpark was full but the carpark full signs weren’t on. A cinema guy came down to tell us that the next movie didn’t end for fifteen minutes, but that our movie would have twenty five minutes of shorts and ads before it started, so even being fifteen minutes late the movie itself wouldn’t have started—and then someone left so I got a carpark.

We watched “Deadpool”, which wasn’t very good.

Wednesday 2nd March – Cake

Day

I worked. My technical compatriot had his last day today. There was cake.

Night

I managed to start the mower, then had vegetarian hot dogs for dinner.

Thursday 3rd March – The Tooth Pain Begins

Day

I worked. I had chips and a milkshake for lunch.

Night

I reconfigured the home network a little—moving one of the wireless access points and a switch (combined in the same unit) into the living room and more permanently cabling the media centre in. For some reason, this stopped me being able to connect to my server, so I had to ungracefully reboot it, and it then had to do a disk resync, which makes it very slow so various services in the Exchange VM don’t start up in the right order and fail, and everything goes horribly wrong.

Tooth

My tooth—I think the one that the dentist drilled into, the upper right next to the molar (17)—started to hurt.

Friday 4th March – Salt & Vinegar Chips

Tooth

My tooth continued to hurt, getting slightly worse as it got later at night.

Day

I rushed in to work to fix things. I again had chips for lunch.

Night

Bronwen was out late at a work thing, which was annoying as I thought we were going out to dinner but she didn’t answer her phone so I had to eat salt and vinegar chips for dinner.

Saturday 5th March – Kodi

Day

Bronwen and I had lunch at Toowong Sizzler.

Tooth

My tooth continued to hurt. As per yesterday, it didn’t hurt much in the morning, but as it got later, it got worse. Moving my head up and down make it feel like the pressure inside the tooth is changing.

Night

I upgraded XBMC on the media centre to the latest version of Kodi (Kodi 16 Jarvis) and set it up to connect to Maz’s NAS.
